How it works

QQgrabber  can be used in conjunction with QlikView platform or with a lot of different other kind of applications.

QQgrabber allows you to define :

• a mail address that can be listened ad-hoc or with a specific periodicity
• a multiple set of rules that will filter the incoming emails of this mail address in order to identify attachments of relevance that will be extracted from the emails and saved into a structured tree of folders
• policies of over-writing or renaming the old and new collected attachments
• confirm through an automatic e-mail answer the successful collection of the attachments
• trigger additional process to be executed after the attachments have been grabbed from the emails
• log the events for further reference (will be easier to explore with the future QQlogger)
• delete or not the processed emails from the mailbox (depending if you are using or not a dedicated mailbox for collecting one or more sets of attachments)
