QQversioner is a versioner for QVW files
QQversioner is smoothening the control of the developement of QlikView documents, providing version tracking capabilities for QlikView detailed files.
QQversioner is the essential tool for enabling and managing Concurrent Versions System (CVS) over QlikView applications and reports. Version control system keeps track of all work and all changes in a set of QlikView files, and allows several developers (potentially widely separated in space and/or time) to collaborate.
QQversioner brings also graphical metrics regarding the number of versions saved in the repository by user, project and time, providing more visibility for the BI mamangers and or BI project managers regarding the numbers included in the developmentprocesses (number of versions, number of objects modified and created, etc)
CVS uses client-server architecture: a server stores the current version(s) of a project and its history, and clients connect to the server in order to "check out" a complete copy of the project, work on this copy and then later "check in" their changes.
QQversioner uses timestamp for numbering different versions.
